The portfolio includes ITO- (indium tin oxide) and MAM- (Mo/Al/Mo) coated glass substrates made of soda-lime and borosilicate glass in all sizes with various physical and electrical parameters, mask blanks with photoptical and e-beam resist, as well as silicon wafers with custom resist coating.
