About Ledovation

Ledovation GmbH is an Austrian company based in Alberschwende (Vorarlberg) and provider of a wireless waiter-call system for gastronomy and hospitality. The core product SERVICETUBE® is an LED table lamp with a service button: when a guest touches the lamp, it lights up red and reports the service request to the service staff in real time – via a free app for Android tablets and smartphones as well as via smartwatch notification. In addition, the Service Indicator, a freely configurable receiver, displays open requests using defined colors for different areas. The lamps combine frosted glass with a base made of natural wood; alternatively, the LED5 model is made of durable acrylic glass with interchangeable back films that can be printed as advertising media and for upselling (Custom Branding). Ledovation provides software updates, installation support and distributes via an online shop. A reference customer is the Gasthaus Zur Taube in Alberschwende with three dining rooms plus kitchen.
