Lehmann&Voss&Co. (LEHVOSS) is a Hamburg family business founded in 1894, now in its fourth generation, combining distribution, trading and production of chemical, mineral and plastics specialties. The portfolio comprises around 6,500 products, including high-performance compounds (LUVOCOM), additive masterbatches (LUVOBATCH), thermoplastic laser sintering powders (LUVOSINT), coating powders (LUVOCOM P), magnesium oxide (LUVATOL) as well as raw materials and additives for composite applications such as vacuum infusion, filament winding and pultrusion processes. Production takes place at the Hamburg-Wandsbek site, at WMK Plastics GmbH in Solingen (compounds) and at LEHVOSS Kunshan (China). In-house laboratories and a technical center with extruders, a 3-D printer farm, coex tube film extrusion and an injection molding machine support application consulting and individual formulation development. Customers include the plastics and rubber industry, paints and coatings industry, lubricant industry as well as life-science sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food and cosmetics. The company employs 375 staff (group: 648) and generated revenue of €279 million in 2025 (group: €463 million).
