About us
Lehnert R & D Arnsberg GmbH develops and supplies positioning systems with electronic anti-sway control as well as camera measuring systems for cranes. The LEHNRD positioning system (third generation) controls cranes in manual and automatic operation, damps load sway during all travel movements and stops the crane with millimetre precision. It can be used with any crane type and at lifting heights of up to 80 m. The HEG2040 camera measuring system contains up to two Gigabit Ethernet cameras with synchronised high-performance flashes, which capture up to 50 measured values per second and measure reflectors at distances of up to 80 m with millimetre accuracy – insensitive to sunlight and suitable for industrial environmental conditions. The portfolio is complemented by track guides for rail-mounted cranes, collision protection systems for overhead and gantry cranes, as well as retrofit replacement units for the predecessor systems CeSAR, CeSAR maxx and System India. All systems support remote maintenance; the team of developers and technicians assists with commissioning and fault analysis. Customers include Künz GmbH (Hard, Austria) and Bang Kransysteme GmbH & Co. KG (Oelsnitz/Vogtland). The company builds on 25 years of experience in the field of crane controls.
