2020Launch of the basic skills training

About Lehre im Fokus

Lehre im Fokus offers personality training and support programmes for apprentices, young people and trainers. At the core is the certificate course “Durch die Lehrzeit begleiten” (Accompanying the Apprenticeship) with four modules (ZEMMA KO, INNE KO, ZU MIR KO, LOS GO), which cover topics such as teamwork, responsibility, communication, conflict behaviour and career planning. In addition, eLearning programmes for apprentices and trainers as well as day courses are offered, among others at the Ruine Blumenegg and at other exceptional learning venues. Day course topics include communication, learning strategies, nutrition, dealing with debt and media consumption. From spring 2020, a basic skills training in German, mathematics and English will be offered. For 2026, the seminar “Zukunftskompetenz in Bewegung” (Future Competence in Motion) on artificial intelligence, motivation and positive psychology has been announced. The offerings are subsidised by the WKO by up to 100 % depending on the training programme.
