Leibfacher Maschinen- und Formenbau GmbH is a family-run mold-making company based in Wennigsen (Deister) near Hanover in Lower Saxony. Its focus is on the design (2D and 3D CAD) and manufacture of molds for the rubber processing industry; every mold is produced in-house as a one-off, from design through to the finished mold. In addition, the company manufactures individual parts, small series and series in the field of metal processing. Its extensive machine park comprises machining centers for milling, CNC lathes and wire and die sinking EDM machines; wire EDM machining meets high demands in dimensional accuracy and shape precision. Through a large number of cooperations with downstream processing companies, qualified skilled staff develop and manufacture complex one-off items through to small-series production.
