About us
Leibing Maschinenbau GmbH in Gerstetten-Dettingen manufactures CNC turned and milled parts, long turned parts and welded assemblies made of steel, stainless steel and Hardox steel. The service portfolio includes long turning with bar feeders, CNC and conventional turning, CNC milling, drilling, sawing, plasma cutting up to 20 mm material thickness as well as MIG/MAG and circular welding, complemented by assembly and service. Customers include valve manufacturers such as ERHARD, Bayard and Talis; products manufactured include, among others, turned and milled parts for freshwater valves and hydrants, stainless steel columns and flanged pipes, bolts and flanging sleeves for concrete formwork as well as one-off productions for waste disposal technology, fire protection, conveying technology and packaging. In addition, the company develops and builds agricultural hoeing equipment for intra-row weed control for front, rear and mid-mount attachment. The business, founded in 1994, was converted into a GmbH in February 2020; since 2021 the operation has been located in Gerstetten-Dettingen with an assembly hall.
