About leitec®
leitec® is a family company founded in 1991, now in its second generation, with more than 100 qualified employees, and according to its own statement counts among the most powerful companies in Central Germany in the field of energy and building technology. The range of services covers modern building services (heating, ventilation, plumbing), intelligent electrical engineering in high-voltage and low-current technology, as well as engineering, technical planning and IT & project management. In addition, the company implements security systems such as fire alarm, access control and alarm technology, data infrastructures for data centers, and the installation of PV systems for self-generated power. Customers include both medium-sized companies and corporations such as Sartorius, DHL, GASCADE Gastransport GmbH and ARTIS Göttingen GmbH (GETEC Group); completed projects range from residential and commercial buildings via express centers to office complexes with high-security data centers. In 2026 the company celebrates 35 years of leitec®. Its business activity is located in Central Germany; the company is funded by means of the European Social Fund Plus and the Free State of Thuringia.
