About Lemvos

Lemvos GmbH is a maritime robotics company based in Augsburg. The company was founded by three colleagues from the aerospace industry who recognized the potential of new low-Earth-orbit satellite networks, edge processing and precise positioning for offshore data acquisition and defense. Lemvos develops unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) such as the long-endurance LM450 with configurable payload capacity for sonar, optical sensors and other mission systems as well as support of UUV and UAV operations. In addition, the company offers AutomatePro, a rugged computing and control unit for unmanned vehicles and outdoor robotics, and DockMaster, an automated docking, mechanical holding and charging system that enables USVs to dock, charge and set out again without personnel on site. The systems are used for inspection, monitoring and other remote operations in research, defense and maritime infrastructure. Lemvos combines hardware and software expertise from the platform level through to payload integration.
