About Lensation
Lensation GmbH was founded in 2006 in Karlsruhe and specializes in the manufacturing, distribution and design of industrial lenses. The product portfolio includes S-mount lenses (board lenses with M12x0.5 threads), C-mount lenses for large sensor systems, telecentric lenses for measurement applications, macro lenses, and high-resolution line-scan lenses with resolutions up to 16K for image formats from 44 to 108 mm. The range is complemented by accessories such as extension and lock rings, S-mount holders, and self-developed focusable S-to-C-mount adapters. In addition to distribution, Lensation offers free consulting on lenses, camera sensors, lighting, optical components and smart cameras, as well as feasibility studies. The company develops OEM designs and manufactures to customer specifications, accompanies product developments, and sources optical and electronic products from Asia. Consulting is provided in German, English, Korean, Chinese or Japanese.
