About the Lenzen Group
The Lenzen Group is a family-managed group of companies consisting of TITAN, P. W. Lenzen and BINATEC, headquartered in Schwelm since 1842. The company manufactures steel strapping on its own cold rolling mill in Stenglingsen as well as PET strapping in Goch, and produces strapping technology and process-oriented system solutions for the packaging industry. Its value chain includes cold rolling and slitting of steel strip, the manufacture of plastic strapping, assembly and its own logistics centre. In 2023, the SSC went into operation with a slitting line and a modern packaging line; in 2024, highly automated manufacturing solutions were commissioned at the Schwelm site. With locations and subsidiaries in China (Baoshan, since 1986), the USA (since 2000), India (set-up from 2025) and Australia, among others, the group sells its products worldwide; an assembly plant in Hungary is planned for 2026.
