About LEONI Cable Solutions
LEONI Cable Solutions (LEONI Kabel GmbH) is a global manufacturer of cables and wires for efficient energy and data management in the automotive sector and other industries. The portfolio ranges from standardised single-core wires to high-voltage, data and coaxial cables, sensor cables and extruded flat cables, as well as charging cables for electromobility and winding wires for electric motors (LEONI exMW®). Manufacturing encompasses cable and wire extrusion as well as the compounding of in-house developed insulation materials (LEONI LEOMER®), which are also sold externally. Conductor materials used include copper, copper alloys (CuMg, CuAg, CuSn), aluminium, brass and copper-clad steel. Customers are automotive manufacturers, Tier1 and Tier2 suppliers as well as connector and system manufacturers. With Simulation & Testing, an accredited test laboratory (ITL) and a development centre, the company supports the complete development from the concept phase to series production. The division headquarters is located in Roth near Nuremberg; production sites exist in Mexico, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Turkey and China.

Quality & Certifications
The quality management of all sites is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; all production sites for vehicle cables are additionally certified to IATF 16949:2016. The accredited International Test Laboratory (ITL) tests mechanical, electrical and high-frequency properties, fire protection as well as environmental and mechanical stress tests on development and series cables.
