Leppert Federtechnik GmbH was founded in 2002 and is a supplier specialized in spring technology, offering customized and turnkey solutions in the Stuttgart metropolitan region. The product range includes spring detangling devices, spring feeders with integrated detangling and singulation for automated assembly lines, spring coiling machines of the Tekda/COLOMBI C1, C2/C3 and C4 series as well as spring inspection systems and spring heat treatment systems. With the CNC and pneumatic spring coiling machines, compression springs, rings, spiral springs and endless springs can be manufactured directly at the assembly line and, on request, fed individually. Quality
The spring inspection systems include force inspection, length gauge, length inspection and diameter inspection; springs outside the tolerance range are automatically sorted out. With fluctuations in wire tolerances, the length and diameter inspection of the C4 series enables automatic correction.
