About LETO Kunststoff-Technik
LETO Kunststoff-Technik is an owner-managed specialist company for the thermoplastic processing of plastics, founded in 1989 and based in Wilhelmshaven. The company develops and manufactures boat windows and yacht glazing made of acrylic glass and polycarbonate based on a sample or CAD drawing, plastic tanks and containers compliant with the German Water Resources Act (including water tanks, oil drip trays and chemical containers), 3D letters and logos, product and merchandise displays as well as shop fittings and display cases. Manufacturing includes thermoforming in an in-house tempering oven (sheets up to 3050 x 2050 mm, up to 250 degrees), 5-axis CNC milling, laser cutting, cutting to size up to 4000 mm as well as bending, facetting, polishing, bonding and welding. Materials processed include PMMA GS/XT, PC, SAN, PS, PET, PET-G, PVC, PE, PP, PA, POM, PTFE, polyester and HPL. Customers come from boat building and shipbuilding, shopfitting, exhibition stand construction, plant and apparatus engineering, hotels and gastronomy as well as motorhome conversions; deliveries go to shipyards and owners in the North Sea and Baltic Sea region as well as throughout Germany.
