The company manufactures unpacking and separating machines of the PACK-SAVER series, with which mispackaged goods, scrap and returned goods (rework) are automatically opened and separated into product and packaging material. The focus is on maximum product purity of the recovered product: unlike a conventional shredder, which grinds product and packaging together, the machines work with adjustable tear-open rails and a controlled ejection of the packaging material, so that the packaging is damaged as little as possible and hardly any snippets are produced. As a rule, the unpacking machines process dry products, especially from the confectionery and food industry. A PACK-SAVER can be operated by just one person, which contributes to a rapid payback period. The use of the machines leads to a better environmental balance, lower disposal costs and a reduced ecological footprint for users.
