About Leuchten-Werkstatt
Leuchten-Werkstatt in Ratingen-Hösel is a specialist workshop for the repair, restoration and custom manufacture of luminaires. The range of services includes the repair of floor, table, wall and ceiling luminaires, rewiring, cleaning and refurbishment (e.g. of chandeliers and crystal candelabra using a special process), a spare parts service and the sale of light bulbs. Lampshades are made to measure by hand – laminated, stretched and pleated shades up to 1800 mm in diameter, also using fabric supplied by the customer. In addition, individual luminaires are created from objects such as vases or sculptures, as well as original luminaire designs in collaboration with specialist companies from the metal, wood, glass and PVC sectors. The programme is rounded off by lighting consultancy (also for senior citizens, business lighting and garden lighting), installation and removal of ceiling and wall luminaires at the customer's premises, and a collection and delivery service. Customers are private households, lighting stores, furniture stores and antique dealers from the region; enquiries come from all over Germany.
