About LEW BürgerEnergie
LEW BürgerEnergie e.G. is a registered cooperative based in Bavaria, supported by people from the region. The purpose of the cooperative is the financing and operation of renewable energy generation facilities. Members participate in photovoltaic projects through cooperative shares and benefit from the profits generated by the financed systems. The projects comprise PV rooftop systems on buildings in Memmingen, Schongau, Oberottmarshausen, Schwabmünchen, Ettringen and Friedberg with capacities between approximately 28 and 57 kWp as well as a PV solar park in Leutkirch-Diepoldshofen. The bodies of the cooperative are the executive board, the supervisory board and the general meeting or representatives' meeting. Customers of the cooperative include the public sector as well as private customers and investors from the renewable energy sector.
