About Lewin Industries
Lewin Industries Group has been active in innovative development and manufacturing projects since 1995. The company develops and produces demanding plastic products and processes plastic, rubber, silicone and polyurethane. Its services include product and material development, component and mould tool design, mould toolmaking as well as methodical process development, analysis and optimization. In addition, Lewin Industries offers recycling, measurement, control and instrumentation (MSR) technology and technical interim management, whereby processes and systems are analyzed and optimized on behalf of customers or as an interim service. Customers come primarily from the automotive, medical, pharmaceutical, industrial, recycling as well as solar and IT technology sectors. Work is carried out with a focus on problem solving and target costs, using industry-standard quality management methods.

Lewin Industries uses industry-standard quality management techniques such as design and process FMEA, Six Sigma processes (DMAIC), statistical design of experiments (DoE), first article inspections with PPAP process and 8D reports according to ISO standards, in particular ISO 9000, ISO 16949 and ISO 13485.
