About Lexa Yangın Kapı Sistemleri

Lexa Yangın Kapı Sistemleri is a Turkish manufacturer of fire doors with over 35 years of industry experience. The product range comprises steel doors of fire resistance classes EI 30 to EI 120 in several series (Janus, Cross, Start, Login, Classic, Plus, Multi), fire-resistant shaft access panels, glazed and ventilation doors as well as modular metal door frames. Manufacturing takes place in a modern production facility with 6,000 m² of built-up floor space on a 10,000 m² site: cutting and bending on CNC machines, electrostatic powder coating and alternative welded constructions. Highly dense rock wool, fire-resistant gypsum board, ceramic wool, intumescent sealing strips and acoustic seals are used as insulating materials. Customers include hospital projects, hotels, transport and retail buildings as well as the electrical engineering industry, including ABB, Eaton, Siemens and Rönesans. A modular, knock-down door system enables the transport of up to 155 doors per truck and reduces logistics costs by up to 50%.

Materials and manufacturing processes

St

Steel

Base material of all fire doors, shaft access panels and metal door frames, cut and bent on CNC machines.

SW

Rock wool (high density)

Thermal insulation for fire protection as well as sound and dust protection in the door structure.

GKF-F

Fire-resistant gypsum board

Fire-insulating insert in the door leaf of the EI 30 to EI 120 series.

KW

Ceramic wool

High-temperature-resistant insulating material in the fire protection structure.

INT

Intumescent sealing strip

Foams up when exposed to heat and seals door gaps in the event of fire.

AK

Acoustic seal

Reduces sound and air passage at the door leaf edge.

GL

Fire-resistant glass

Glazing in glazed fire doors for visual connection in escape routes.
