Licht+Design – Die Lichtfabrik GmbH is a medium-sized industrial company founded in Hildesheim in 1990 that develops, produces, stores and distributes technical luminaires. The portfolio comprises modifiable standard solutions with a focus on lighting in shops, malls, hotels, banks, car dealerships and office buildings as well as object-related, customer-specific special luminaires for retail and architecture. At the Hildesheim site, in-house manufacturing capacity is available along with a network of reliable suppliers; production is carried out under the Made in Germany label. In addition to product development, the company offers lighting design, material consulting, on-site installation and maintenance, and flexible sales solutions with fast order fulfilment thanks to inventory stock. The developments and concepts are independent of module and component manufacturers; current and efficient LED and conventional components from leading manufacturers are used.
