About LichtBlick
LichtBlick SE is a Hamburg-based integrated energy utility that has relied on renewable energy since 1998. The company supplies ÖkoStrom from 100% renewable energies with guarantees of origin as well as gas and WärmeStrom to around two million private and business customers. The portfolio includes GewerbeStrom, GewerbeGas, smart meters, intelligent energy management solutions, solar installations with electricity storage systems and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). A second focus is e-mobility: LichtBlick plans, installs and operates charging infrastructure for companies – from needs analysis through civil engineering, electrical installation and commissioning to operation, load management and billing, complemented by charging stations from Alfen, KEBA and Alpitronic as well as its own DC charging solutions. In addition, the company invests in its own solar parks and large-scale storage systems such as the battery storage facility in Röhrsdorf with around 100 MW of capacity. Since 2018, LichtBlick has been a subsidiary of the Dutch energy group Eneco. In fiscal year 2025/2026, revenue of €1.36 billion was achieved; energy sales in 2025 amounted to around 6.1 TWh of electricity and gas.
