About Lichtensteinmühle
Lichtensteinmühle Honau is a family business of the Bez family in the Swabian Alb Biosphere Reserve, tracing back to a mill operation from 1454. Regionally grown grain is processed into flours, edible grains, seeds, kernels, baking ingredients, muesli, flakes and pasta – without baking aids, enzymes or preservatives. The range is complemented by animal feed such as spelt bran, millet bran and rapeseed, sold in the so-called Futterhäusle. Under the Albgemacht brand, regional quinoa is also grown and processed. Sales take place via the online shop and the Mühlenlädle shop directly at the Mahlweg 8 location in Lichtenstein-Honau. The managing directors are Ann-Catrin Knupfer and Michaela Frech.
