Liebharts is a connoisseur manufactory from Detmold that produces fruit slices and fruit bars, nut slices, chocolates, chocolate-coated fruits, biscuits and baked goods specialties as well as organic beers, organic lemonades and spirits. Every product is created in an elaborate development process in the company's own manufactory; successful recipes are subsequently produced in series on production systems specially developed for the respective requirements. Only selected fruits, chocolates and high-quality ingredients from the best growing regions in the world are used – without industrial sugar, thermal treatments, preservatives, colorings and artificial flavors. Quality is assured through regular controls in the company's own laboratory as well as at external laboratories. Liebharts products are available in organic markets, health food stores, natural food retail as well as premium drugstore and grocery retail. The second generation of the corporate group is led by Frank Liebhart together with Martin Eilerts.
