About lifeprint
Lifeprint GmbH, based in Illertissen, is an independent laboratory and consulting service provider for molecular biology analysis and a member of the Tentamus group of companies. The laboratory tests goods for genetically modified organisms (GMOs), allergens such as gluten, egg, nuts or fish, as well as animal constituents and mislabelling as part of adulteration testing and purity checks. The analysis is performed using, among other methods, Real-Time PCR (screening, variety identification, quantification), ELISA, enzymatic analysis, sequencing, residue analysis and microbiology. In addition, lifeprint supports customers with VLOG monitoring (Association for Food without Genetic Engineering) and offers contract research, test system development, validation and comparison studies as well as consulting and training. Customers come from the food and feed industry, agriculture, import/trade and the nutraceutical & supplement sector. The laboratory has been accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 since 2002.
