LifeTech Construct offers ThermalX, a high-performance coating system for thermal insulation of buildings and industrial plants. The mineral nano-coating contains ceramic vacuum hollow microspheres, is open to diffusion, VOC-free, and is applied with a layer thickness of approx. 0.5 mm. As a reference, the company states that 0.5 mm of ThermalX achieved a higher wall surface temperature than an existing 12 cm thick EPS insulation. The work is carried out as a system service using an airless device, brush, or roller, including substrate assessment, verification of consumption and layer thickness, and documentation. Areas of application include residential and commercial real estate, heritage conservation, supermarkets, industrial halls, plant engineering, refrigeration, and the water and energy sectors; in addition, the system is suitable for mold remediation. The product is CE marked and certified according to PN-EN standards and ETA; a manufacturer's warranty of 30 years is stated for the execution.
