About the LIFTMANAGEMENT-Gruppe
The LIFTMANAGEMENT-Gruppe is an association of independent and autonomously operating planning and engineering offices based in Hamburg, Paderborn/Bielefeld and Oerlinghausen. The offices offer manufacturer-neutral specialist planning for new installations and modernisations of lifts, escalators and car parking systems – from requirements analysis and traffic calculation through functional and technical specifications, bills of quantities in GAEB format and CAD drawings to construction and project supervision with quality inspections and acceptance testing. Further services include lift management, cost and performance optimisation, tendering and award, expert reports and hazard assessments, maintenance plans, organisation of system inspections by ZÜS (approved inspection bodies) as well as invoice and performance verification. With the LIFT-care service, the offices operate lifts, escalators and car parking systems on behalf of clients. The expertise ranges from standard lifts to hospital and firefighters' lifts up to high-rise lift groups and special or Ex-rated lifts. The group operates nationwide across the entire Federal Republic of Germany and secures its services according to ISO 9001.
