About LIGEO

LIGEO GmbH, based in Siegen, develops and markets the patented LIGEO LED lighting system designed by Dietmar Dix. The modular system consists of light tubes and junction points that are plugged together on a plug-&-play principle, without tools, to create individual 2D and 3D light objects. The aluminium profiles are available anodised (black, silver) or painted (gold); junction points and hinges come in four colours. The system comprises five lengths from 300 to 1500 mm of illuminated area, RGBW and TW versions with continuously adjustable colour temperature, and DMX control for light shows. Power can be fed in at any junction point, supplying up to 15 m of light tubes. Areas of application include retail and shops, offices, trade fairs and events, gastronomy and hospitality; references include Adidas, Bulgari, Telekom, VITRA, PUMA, LVMH and the planetarium in Qatar.
