About Lightec
Lightec GmbH, based in Litzendorf in Bavaria, specialises in LED step profiles, step edge lighting and stair safety lighting. The company handles lighting projects from technical planning through delivery to professional on-site installation – for new builds, renovations and retrofits. Core products are aluminium profiles with integrated LED lighting, flexible LED light lines, Slimlight light sheets and linear LED light lines. The systems are based on 12/24-volt low-voltage technology with dimming and control; special lengths and product manufacturing according to individual designs are possible. Customers include planners, architects, electrical contractors, operators as well as commercial and private building owners. Reference projects include the Berlin Paul-Löbe-Haus of the German Bundestag with 700 metres of LED stair safety lighting, the Robert Schumann Hall in Düsseldorf, the musical Jekyll & Hyde in Bremen, the Volkswagen Motorcity in Wolfsburg as well as shop window lighting for more than 100 Calvin Klein stores in Europe.
