About LiKAMED Powder Coating
Founded in 2003, Likamed Pulverbeschichtung GmbH & Co. KG in Eppingen specializes in the powder coating of metal parts as contract manufacturing. Coating is carried out automatically or manually, including individual and fast color changes for small series. It is preceded by a 4-zone pretreatment with degreasing, phosphating and application of a corrosion protection layer using the thin-film or thick-film process. The plant with a chain conveyor system handles workpieces and hangers up to 3000 mm in length, 800 mm in width and 1400 mm in height at a maximum of 150 kg/m and a throughput of max. 2000 kg/h or approx. 90 m² of surface per hour. Beyond contract coating, the company also manufactures and assembles medical technology such as therapy tables and shock wave therapy devices. Environmental management is certified to ISO 14001 and the management system to EN ISO 13485.
