Limpke Metallverarbeitung is a family-run company based in Bad Oeynhausen since 1994 with eleven employees. The company machines and processes metals and plastics and manufactures components from custom one-offs to series orders. The service portfolio includes CNC machining including dry, air and water-cooled machining, sawing, welding and surface treatment by galvanizing, hardening, blackening, sandblasting and anodizing. Design is carried out with Solidworks CAD from draft to finished product. At the digital inspection station, measurements are taken with a Keyence coordinate measuring machine and measurement reports are generated. The machine park comprises CNC, welding and sawing machines; an extensive material warehouse and short communication channels enable a rapid response to customer orders.
