About Linde AMT
Linde Advanced Material Technologies (Linde AMT), a subsidiary of Linde plc originating from the Concentrated Acetylene Company founded in 1904, offers global coating services, thermal spray systems, atomized powders and materials for electronics applications. The portfolio includes Thermal Spraying (D-Gun, HP/HVOF, wire arc, plasma spray), Electron Beam Physical Vapor Deposition, metal diffusion, laser cladding, electrodeposition and slurry/fluoropolymer coatings as well as powder production by atomization for coating and additive manufacturing applications. Materials range from carbides/cermets, ceramics such as zirconium oxide and MCrAlY alloys to fluoropolymers and sputtering targets made of titanium, tungsten, aluminum and copper. Customer industries include aerospace (including the joint venture PG Technologies with GE Aerospace for LEAP, GEnx, GE90, GE9X), energy technology, oil and gas, semiconductors and electronics, automotive and battery manufacturing, as well as the printing industry. In Germany, Linde AMT operates sites in Wiggensbach (atomization), Ratingen and Schlüchtern (coating services); worldwide the company employs around 2,500 staff at 35 sites in 12 countries.
