About Lindörfer + Steiner
Lindörfer + Steiner is a family-owned company based in Bretten that has been developing and producing custom returnable load carriers and transport packaging for over 30 years. Core products are special load carriers based on extremely lightweight plastic corrugated hollow-chamber sheets, which are thermally formed using a patented process. In addition, the company produces load carriers made of steel (InnoMetall carriers) as well as protective foam solutions and combines plastic, metal and foam in customer-specific systems. Production is carried out without tooling – from single pieces and prototypes to high volumes in series production. The machine fleet consists predominantly of in-house developed machines. Customers include well-known OEMs, particularly from the automotive industry, as well as sectors such as mechanical engineering, pharmaceuticals & medical technology, electronics and logistics. Across a total of 5,500 m² of production space at two sites, the company employs more than 90 staff; a packaging check for the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) is also offered.
