About Liner Factory
Liner Factory GmbH, based in Ahaus in the western Münsterland region, specialises in the manufacture of high-quality liner solutions, inner liners, round-bottom bags and sacks. The product portfolio includes beer tank liners for common tank sizes from 120 to 8,000 litres, aseptic liners for foodstuffs such as milk and egg products, technical liners for granulates, powders and bulk goods, as well as custom-made form liners. Production uses PE and PE-EVOH films with thicknesses of 50 to 140 microns as well as aluminium composite film, which provides protection against moisture, oxygen, UV radiation and odour transfer; the maximum production width is 1,345 mm and the web length is virtually unlimited. The company also seals aseptic butterfly valves and extraction taps and, on request, sterilises liners using gamma radiation. Since 2023, Liner Factory has been a member of Industrial Packaging Liner, a business unit of Ringmetall SE, and supplies industries such as food, beverages, chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. An in-house IPL laboratory for materials testing as well as a research think tank complement production and quality assurance.

Standard material for beer tank, aseptic and technical liners with film thicknesses of 50 to 90 µm (technical 105–140 µm).
PE-EVOH film
Barrier film for beer tank liners with maximum protection against oxygen contact and long shelf life.
Aluminium composite film
For hygroscopic and sensitive bulk goods; protects against moisture, water vapour, UV radiation, oxygen and odour transfer.
