Lipomaidsan Cosmetic Production GmbH is a contract manufacturer based in Weilheim in the Bavarian Oberland, around 50 km south of Munich, that since its founding has specialised exclusively in the production of lip care products in stick and tube form. The service offering covers the entire process from a single source: formulation development, legally required product documentation (PID), safety assessments and CPNP notifications, efficacy tests such as the UVA Protection Factor according to international standards, production of the filler, procurement of all packaging materials as well as retail-ready packaging including blister packing, shipping and service. Production takes place in Germany according to the quality standard DIN EN ISO 22716. Customers mostly request formulations free of paraffinic oils and waxes; plant-based raw materials are preferred. In addition, the company offers formulations according to organic standards such as BDIH, NATRUE and COSMOS. Alongside the Production GmbH, Lipomaidsan Cosmetic GmbH is located at the same site.
