LIPP GmbH, headquartered in Tannhausen (Baden-Württemberg), is a family-owned company specializing in the construction of tanks and system solutions for solid, liquid and gaseous substances. The company manufactures tanks for industry, municipalities and agriculture, including fermenters, drinking water tanks, slurry tanks, liquid tanks, buffer storage tanks as well as solutions for bulk solids and gas storage. The tanks are produced using the spiral LIPP double-seam system, in which steel strips with a corrosion-resistant sealant are folded twice over one another, as well as with the automated LIPP welding technology for welded tanks made of mild steel and stainless steel. The materials used include steel, stainless steel and the company's own duplex material Verinox, which combines galvanized sheet metal with stainless steel. Tanks with a capacity of 10,000 m³ and more are possible. The company offers the entire value chain from development and engineering through manufacturing to maintenance and inspection, and has completed projects in more than 80 countries.
