About Lippische Glasveredelung Bastian
Lippische Glasveredelung Bastian GmbH is a flat glass processor and full-range distributor based in Detmold, supplying raw and functional glasses from a single source. The product range extends from basic glasses such as float glass, clear glass, coloured and patterned glasses to mirrors, lacquered and satin-finished glasses and enamelled facade panels. The core of in-house manufacturing is the production of laminated safety glass (VSG) on a laminating line with formats up to 2.800 x 4.000 mm and build-up thicknesses of 4 to 95 mm, including colour, sound-insulating and special build-ups with films, fabrics or flat metals. Further processes are thermal toughening to produce toughened safety glass (ESG), CNC-controlled VSG cutting up to 6.000 mm, the manufacture of insulating glass with warm-edge spacer, digital printing on glass as well as satin finishing and lacquering. Applications include facades, balcony and staircase balustrades, overhead glazing, shower enclosures, partition walls, shopfitting and kitchen splashbacks. In addition, fittings, installation materials and profiles are supplied for ready-to-install all-glass systems.
