The Company

Lippstädter Transportbeton GmbH & Co. KG (LTB) was founded in 1964 in Lippstadt and produces ready-mixed concrete in fully automated, stationary concrete mixing plants. The product range comprises more than 150 concrete types to DIN EN 206, differentiated by strength, grain size and exposure classes; special products include liquid soil, porous lightweight concrete, HGT and bulk materials. Raw materials are cement, sand, gravel, limestone, crushed stone, aggregates and water as well as admixtures such as retarders and plasticisers; concrete mix designs are developed in the company's own laboratory. With its own fleet of more than 30 vehicles (truck mixers and tipper trucks) and a concrete pump service with boom reaches of 25 m, 36 m and 52 m, LTB delivers to construction sites in the vicinity of its plants. Production, dispatch and sales are coordinated centrally in Lippstadt; the three plants in Lippstadt, Erwitte and Hamm-Rhynern are networked via modern IT solutions. Unused fresh concrete is recycled and the process water is treated.
