About LITEWERKS engineering
LITEWERKS GmbH develops and manufactures intelligent high-current and starter batteries based on LiFePO4 (LFP) for low-voltage applications from 6 to 48 volts in Konstanz on Lake Constance. The company specializes in holistic battery engineering, from concept development through design and simulation to prototype construction, validation and small-series production. At the core of the products is a proprietary, patented battery management system (BMS) with telemetry data acquisition, wireless firmware updates and optional CAN/LIN bus integration, as well as a patented CFRP/foam sandwich housing concept that thermally and mechanically decouples the cells. Premium LiFePO4 cells with laser-welded copper conductors are used. In addition to its own LITE↯BLOX brand, customized special solutions are created for OEM automotive, professional motorsport as well as industrial and utility applications such as fleets, robots and campers. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and works with a network of long-standing core suppliers in Europe.
