LKS-Technik GmbH & Co. KG, founded in 2019 and based in Paderborn, specializes in contract manufacturing of single parts, assemblies and small series made from sheet metal. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel and aluminium; with the 12 kW fiber laser, stainless steel up to 60 mm, steel up to 40 mm and aluminium up to 25 mm can be cut (format 3000 x 1500 mm). Customers include companies in the OWL region, start-ups and industrial sectors. Around 20 employees manufacture at the headquarters on Stettiner Straße in Paderborn; the company operates on 100 % green electricity.

Stainless steel
Laser cutting up to 60 mm; deburring and edge rounding with the Timesavers 42 for premium surfaces.

Quality
Quality assurance includes manual pre-washing of parts before powder coating as well as controlled processes in laser cutting, bending and welding production. The CNC control of the press brake ensures high repeatability.
