About LMT
LMT Leuchten + Metall Technik GmbH, based in Hilpoltstein, is a globally active specialist for platform lighting and equipment, lighting solutions and luminaires for architecture and technology, as well as sophisticated metal constructions for medical technology and mechanical engineering. The company can look back on over 40 years of experience in luminaire and metal construction and covers the entire value chain: from requirements analysis through 3D CAD design, FEM calculation, lighting simulation, ray tracing and thermal simulation to manufacturing and final on-site assembly. Sheet metal processing is carried out, among other things, on TRUMPF machines; welding is performed in steel and stainless steel using certified processes. Since 2021, LMT has been certified to DIN EN 15085-2 (certification class CL1, activity scope P) for the welding of rail vehicles and rail vehicle parts. With PICOlightnode, the company also offers a cloud-independent intelligent lighting control system.
