Logistik Stahlbau FISCHER is a system provider for logistics steel construction headquartered in Bühl. The company manufactures pallet racking – including heavy-duty steel construction with bay loads of up to 20 t and designed for outdoor installation with wind and snow loads – as well as post racking, sheet racking, order-picking flow-through racking, shelf boards, pallet roller conveyors, pushback trolley systems, warehouse platforms, stairs, ladders, catwalks as well as railings and fences. Production uses hot-rolled solid steel profiles, square tubing, round tubing, sigma profiles and trapezoidal sheet metal; sheet racking is powder-coated, outdoor versions are hot-dip galvanized with bolted frames. Design and structural engineering are performed in accordance with EN 1993, and manufacturing in accordance with EN 1090 with CE marking. With around 100 employees, more than 20 of whom work in structural engineering, design and project management, Fischer accompanies logistics projects from consulting through custom solutions to implementation – on the largest logistics construction sites in Europe. Products are sold via trading partners, whom the company also accompanies to end customers.
