About Logitex
Since 1985, Logitex has been developing and manufacturing systems for ultra-pure gases, liquid chemicals and vacuum systems in Haimhausen near Munich. For sensitive processes requiring purity, precision and reproducibility, the systems are individually tailored to customers' process requirements. The portfolio covers ultra-pure media technology as well as special solutions such as dispensing systems, filling systems, stainless steel chemical containers, dosing and mixing systems, vaporization systems, saturator/bubbler systems, media heaters and ultra-pure media filters. Control software and system technology come from a single source – from planning through programming and manufacturing to maintenance.
