About Logo-Flex
Logo-Flex Klebetechnik GmbH is a manufacturer of technical adhesive tapes, die-cut parts, PU elastic buffers (LogoBump), fingerlift tapes and hotmelt glue dots in Remscheid, established in 2008. Production includes in-house adhesive coating of carrier materials with acrylate, hotmelt and rubber, rotary die-cutting for large series, flatbed punch die-cutting for complex geometries and small series, slitting of rolls to widths from 3 to 1,500 mm, and converting including contract manufacturing with customer-supplied material. In addition, elastic buffers and cast parts made of 2-component polyurethane (60–80 Shore A) are produced on the company's own PU casting system. A large share of orders are customer-specific custom solutions made to drawing, from single pieces to million-unit series, with first article inspection report (FAI), batch traceability and just-in-time delivery. On around 2,000 m² in Remscheid, production, warehousing, converting, administration and shipping are all under one roof. Customer industries include, among others, window construction and glass, the furniture industry, electronics and mechanical engineering, automotive, packaging and logistics, construction and trades, as well as the paper and printing industry.

Pure acrylate adhesive
High shear strength, UV- and weather-resistant, for structural bonding and outdoor applications.
Solvent acrylate / modified acrylate
Broad substrate adhesion spectrum, plasticizer-resistant, for LSE surfaces such as PE, PP and soft PVC.
Hotmelt adhesive
Solvent-free with high initial tack for quick bonds and glue dots (Ø 6–15 mm).
Natural and synthetic rubber
High initial tack, UV-stabilized, for fabric tapes and mounting on rough surfaces.
PE foam (closed-cell)
Gap filling, vibration damping and sealing in mounting foam tapes, 0.4–2.0 mm.
