Lohner Kunststoffrecycling GmbH (LKR | Recyclate) has been active in the field of plastic recycling since 1992 and supplies business partners in Germany, Europe and overseas. The company offers complete processing concepts for production and processing waste from technical plastic parts of any scale, including make-up and logistics. The range of services includes the purchase of raw materials and plastic waste, contract grinding, granulation, colouring, composite material separation, colour sorting and polymer separation, as well as trading in ground materials, regranulates, NT lots and new goods. Pre-shredders prepare large and heavy sprues, lumps and oversized parts; lump grinding is possible up to a piece weight of 3.000 kg. The machine fleet includes screening and homogenisation systems, silo mixing systems and separation systems; quality is continuously monitored in the in-house laboratory. A company-owned vehicle fleet ensures on-schedule logistics, and loading in silo vehicles is possible.
