Precision mechanics with a system: development, manufacturing and assembly from a single source
Loll Feinmechanik is a family-owned company founded in 1977, owner-managed and headquartered in Tornesch near Hamburg. On more than 10,000 square meters across seven production halls, over 230 employees develop and manufacture highly precise individual components, assemblies and complete mechatronic systems to customer specifications. The value chain ranges from technology services with feasibility analysis, 3D-CAD design and prototype building to machining (milling, turning, gearing, wire EDM, profile grinding, lapping) and on to assembly, testing and logistics. Production is carried out in, among other materials, aluminium, high-alloy steels, titanium and nickel-based alloys such as Inconel 625 and Hastelloy. Core industries are civil and military aviation, energy generation (oil, gas, geothermal energy), laboratory and analysis technology, medical technology and the semiconductor industry. With annual revenue of over 32 million euros, the company supplies customers such as Dräger Medical, Kappa Optronics and Airbus/KID Systeme.
