A world of metal and precision

LOMA Drehteile GmbH & Co. KG is a certified contract manufacturer for CNC machining headquartered in Königsheim in the Swabian Alb. The company produces high-precision turned parts, milled parts and ground parts, further processes cold extruded parts and turned blanks, and assembles complete assemblies for small, medium and large series. The machine park comprises around 20 CNC Swiss-type lathes, more than 25 CNC sliding-headstock lathes, CNC multi-spindle machines, cam-controlled automatic lathes, cycle-controlled lathes, rotary transfer machines as well as 3- to 5-axis machining centers and cylindrical grinding machines. Materials include, among others, free-machining steels such as 1.0718 and 1.0715, C45E as well as stainless steels 1.4305 and 1.4301. Suppliers handle heat treatment and surface treatment. Customers come from the aerospace industry (EN 9100) and general mechanical engineering; customers are supplied throughout Europe. In addition to the headquarters with 4,500 m² of production space, the subsidiary LOMA Polska, founded in 2003, manufactures in Ruda Śląska on 1,000 m².

Quality assurance

All parts can be measured 100% at the customer's request; for this purpose, among other things, a contour projector and a 3D measuring machine (since 2005) are available. For high residual dirt requirements, ultrasonic cleaning with subsequent sealing in plastic film is offered.
