The Loohuis Installatiegroep is a Dutch family business founded in 1953 with installation companies in the Netherlands and Germany. The German branch, Loohuis Installationstechnik GmbH, is based in Rheine and serves the German service area from there with multidisciplinary skilled staff. The company plans, implements, maintains and manages technical building installations in the disciplines of plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical engineering – from water pipes and sanitary facilities to central heating and air conditioning technology, through to electrical and lighting technology as well as security technology. Services include consulting and planning, service and maintenance, technical facility management, property management and sustainability consulting. Target industries are residential construction, commercial and industrial construction, retail as well as renovation and refurbishment. Reference projects include Tesla Service Centers and Stores, the Edeka market in Bocholt, Wunderland Kalkar and residential complexes in Düsseldorf.
