About LOOP
LOOP GmbH is a medium-sized contract manufacturing company based in Voerde that has been producing chemical-technical products on behalf of its customers since 1992. The company manufactures low-viscosity, paste-like and powder products in batch production, including solvent-free, solvent-containing and aqueous systems as well as pH-neutral, acidic and alkaline products. Batch sizes range from 1 kilogram to 5 tonnes; production can be carried out under vacuum or inert gas as well as temperature-controlled, heated or cooled. For new developments, the customer service pilot plant "KST" is available for process development, followed by upscaling and pilot production for process-engineering release. Every production run is accompanied by continuous in-process inspections, after which LOOP handles filling into cans, bottles, canisters, hobbocks, drums, IBCs or bags – under liquid level, bubble-free or under inert gas. Since LOOP does not sell any products of its own, it is not a potential competitor of its customers; confidentiality agreements are mandatory. Quality has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2010, and environmental management to DIN EN ISO 14001 since 2021; electricity is sourced 100 % from renewable energies.

Every production step is accompanied by technicians; continuous in-process inspections include, among others, viscosity, particle size, solids content, refractive index, colour number, turbidity, pH value, conductivity, pot life and tack-free time. LOOP has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2010, and its environmental management to DIN EN ISO 14001 has been certified since 2021.
