About Looser Holding
Looster Holding AG was an internationally active, diversified industrial holding headquartered in Arbon in the canton of Thurgau (Switzerland). The group was active in the segments Coatings, Industrial Services, Temperature Control and Doors. The Coatings business area comprised Feyco Treffert, Industrielack AG (ILAG) and Schekolin AG, which developed, produced and marketed paints and coatings for wood, plastic, metal, stone and glass, with main customers in the construction, parquet, laminate flooring, furniture, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The Condecta Group (Winterthur) formed the Industrial Services division with rapid-assembly cranes, mobile room systems, sanitary units, floor protection systems and event services. The Single Group in Hochdorf (DE) manufactured temperature control systems, heat transfer systems and recooling units, while the PRÜM-GARANT Group produced interior doors as well as fire, smoke, burglar, sound, heat, radiation protection and wet-room doors at its Weinsheim and Ichtershausen (DE) sites. In 2016 the company was fully acquired by Arbonia and integrated into the building supplies group; the registered shares were listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
