Lorenz Dichtungen Berlin has been manufacturing and distributing seals, gaskets and stamped parts for the mechanical engineering and electrical industries since 1935. The Berlin sole proprietorship processes sheet, roll and film materials made of elastomers such as EPDM, NBR, CR, silicone and FKM as well as plastics such as PTFE, PEEK, PA or PC, and fiber composites and natural materials such as Klingersil, cork, felt and vulcanized fiber. The value chain comprises around 15 processes: die-cutting, cutting, sheet cutting, milling, turning, plotting, perforating, engraving, laminating, bonding and assembly through to the processing of self-adhesive stamped parts. The range of services extends from rubber and plastic seals to electrical insulation parts, turn insulation and film cuts to milled plate parts and turned plastic parts. Production takes place at one site on Säntisstraße in Berlin with die-cutting presses, fast cutters and cutting plotters. The company works to DIN standards and supports customers from the idea through to the finished part.
